This modern, urban community brings a holistic development approach to Richmond’s rapidly changing No. 3 Road. The multi-faceted project combines commercial innovation space, retail, lifestyle-oriented food and beverage, rental living and homeownership—creating the unique community atmosphere that became its namesake. This contemporary, international brand used colour as a form of expression and editorial content to celebrate the local neighbourhood. We developed packaging to stand out with a clear plastic sleeve and took a clean architectural approach to tell the story of the building, interiors and amenities. We envisioned a large, free-standing presentation centre with distinctive lighting elements, a large retail environment and a showroom with an advanced media wall and interactive experience.
