Beautifully situated on Esquimalt Lagoon and the Salish Sea, Two Waters is designed to feel like a village. This progressive community is connected to nature, offering space away from dense urban areas. Designed by celebrated Canadian architect Paul Merrick, preservation and sustainability are cornerstones of this project. Setting the tone for the brand, the manifesto emphasized respect for the land and the importance of building an intelligent, ecologically sound community. Illustrative photography celebrated the local birds, flora and fauna and further reinforced the connection to the landscape. The presentation centre welcomed buyers with a cedar soffit design, long harvest table and living wall. Inside, videos played over three screens, giving us the opportunity to showcase the natural setting while creating a rich media experience.
