Oceanfront Squamish - A Unique Masterplan on the Waterfront
FAC is pleased to be working with developer Matthews West and Rennie Marketing Systems on a new Masterplan community on the Squamish oceanfront. This dynamic, mixed-use project is a partnership with the township of Squamish and the Squamish First Nations.
It is such a privilege to be working with a development group who see themselves as true partners with the community and committed stewards of the unique ecosystem and landscape of Squamish.
Our team at FAC has engaged in the research and co-creation phases as well as designed the masterplan brand and launched the teaser Oceanfront Squamish. FAC was heavily involved with the planning and creation of the aerial and community renderings that conveyed the vision of the site and the new beachfront park. FAC is actively working with Rennie and Matthews West on the design rollout of the first residential phases of the project as well as an editorial content creation platform for the community.
