Nexus - A Next Generation Experience on the new St. Paul’s Hospital Campus
FAC is part of a team exploring how our future spaces can improve our physical and mental wellbeing.
As healthcare continues to progress and evolve, the infrastructure we build to support it must keep pace. Today, social distancing is the new normal and personal safety is more important than ever—and FAC is fortunate to be part of a project that is working to reimagine the future of medical facilities. It has been especially eye-opening to help create a brand around spaces that not only protect and maintain our physical health—but elevate our mental wellbeing.
FAC is pleased to partner with Keltic Properties on the naming, strategy and design for Nexus, a new building that is part of the new St. Paul’s Hospital Campus from Providence Healthcare. Designed by MCM Architects, the project is located on the southeast corner of Station Street and Prior Street in the emerging False Creek Flats district of Vancouver—an area of the city well-known for industry and innovation. The building itself offers highly coveted medical and office strata opportunities for specialists who need to be connected to the hospital. FAC is excited to begin work with MCMI, the interior division of MCM, to help infuse the brand story into the interior experiences of the building—for the future healthcare tenants and their patients. We’ve been working hand-in-hand with the Commercial Real Estate Company of Avison Young to develop a bold, innovative marketing plan. This will be the first commercial property in Keltic’s portfolio—and one of many commercial projects we are working on in the False Creeks Flats.
