Free Agency Creative is excited to be in the early stages of developing the strategic positioning and brand platform for a new mixed-use, purpose-built rental project at 130 West Broadway. This joint development by QuadReal Property Group and Reliance Properties is part of the Broadway Plan—a 30-year vision to bring new housing, jobs, and amenities around the upcoming Broadway Subway. Featuring two rental towers flanking an elevated urban park above retail spaces along Broadway, the project will showcase a unique cultural experience at the ground plane and introduce a new model of Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS) to the corridor.
