Meet the personas behind the project.
Prior to Smith & Farrow, we were challenged by Boffo Developments to reimagine how their brand and elevated offering could be beautifully told and easily understood. An extensive uncovering through a collaborative process with the Boffo team led us to present a new framework to showcase their experience-based approach highlighting sensory elements that would become synonymous with Boffo designs.
Fast forward ten years, and we partnered with Boffo on Smith & Farrow, a project in a community bordering Burnaby and Coquitlam experiencing rapid growth. New to the neighbourhood, it was important the community had a clear understanding of Boffo’s elevated approach to design, reputation for consistent product offering, and desire to be an integrated part of the community’s growth plan.
We named the 348-unit condo and townhome project inclusive of purpose-built rental Smith & Farrow based on the intersecting street names, the nature of the twin buildings, and the vision to personify the project. The personas of Smith and Farrow were brought to life with models that appeared throughout the collateral. We brought the Boffo sales gallery to life with finishings from lighting to architecting an experiential guest journey. We delivered a full suite of digital, video, and corporate sales-related assets and provided art direction for photoshoots to ensure the Boffo vision was maintained throughout the creative process, both online and off. The integrity of the Boffo brand was effectively translated into a new market, the projects were sold and we continue our partnership with Boffo.
