At the heart of Aragon Properties is an ongoing commitment to bring urban insight, design and community together through their projects—and Shift is a standout example of this at work. Located just off Main Street in one of Vancouver’s most vibrant urban neighbourhoods, these homes respond to the growing desire among young families to stay in the city and raise their children. The identity for Shift is progressive and Dutch-inspired, while the name carries a double meaning: conceptually, it speaks to a change in perspective and physically it reflects the architectural statement created by the cantilevered balconies. The printed materials were layered to mirror the design of the building, and the illustrations helped tell the story of improved livability achieved through intelligent development.
