At once sophisticated and grounded, Marine + Fell is a mixed-use development on Marine Drive—a community on Vancouver’s North Shore that has evolved rapidly over the last decade. It was imperative that the brand communicate two seemingly opposing aspects of the identity: a deep connection to nature, and a progressively urban sensibility that contributes to the livability of the neighbourhood. The plus symbol became the vehicle that united these facets. Marine + Fell also coincided with Anthem’s new corporate brand launch, so we ensured that every aspect of the project reflected their visionary attitude. The print work was modern, and the elevated packaging showcased a unique transparent sleeve. Video diptychs brought life to the site and reinforced the brand concept while the retail-inspired presentation centre included integrated seating areas and a unique tabletop community map made from layers of cut wood.
