One Shaughnessey
Digital tools cement reputation.
For Kutak, the seasoned development service provider with decades of knowledge, One Shaughnessey marked a pivotal shift as Kutak stepped out as a developer. Although Kutak was without an established reputation as a developer, years of industry expertise combined with a clever approach to personalizing the purchase process, gave us everything we needed to dive in.
Buying into a Kutak home needed to feel like joining the Kutak family and every touchpoint of the purchase process needed to accentuate this. Rooted in experience, intelligence and relationship-building, we created a framework to have Kutak stand out against other developers: me and xp. Kutak membership (me) was an internal intelligence membership system that opened up a direct portal between the buyer and developer. Kutak xp was a digital engine integrated into the online experience enabling buyers to alter home design preferences in real-time.
It didn’t take long for Kutak’s approach to capture attention in the market. In addition to xp and me, we incorporated an Intelligence System with knowledge pillars that Kutak buyers could access. These tools were effective indicators to buyers that Kutak was unlike any other developer. Without a display home or vignette, Kutak’s two-building residential project sold out of a 500-square-foot space with nothing more than a digital rendering design tool. Low risk and high reward, our approach gave buyers the power to put their personal touches on their future home, and Kutak avoided having to build a costly presentation center.
