Smith & Farrow - A Quintessential Boffo Living Experience in West Coquitlam
Launched in March of this year, FAC worked with Boffo Developments to create Smith & Farrow. Located on the corner of Smith Ave and Farrow Street, the project will be a new community of condominiums and townhomes next to the Burquitlam Skytrain Station.
Smith & Farrow is the third project FAC has had the pleasure of working on with Boffo Developments in the greater Burnaby area - the first two being Firma in the Heights and Modello in Metrotown. The concept of “Good things come in pairs” was created to celebrate the many dualities of the project; the exceptional location, the elegant pair of towers above the highly amenitized platform and the combination of market condos and purpose built rental.
