Luxe Lansdowne: A new project for Townline along Richmond’s Golden Mile on No.3 Road

FAC is proud to announce the release of Luxe Lansdowne for Townline and Canderel. Rennie Marketing has been brought on to handle residential marketing with Magnum Real Estate directing the commercial sales. The site sits along Richmond's new “Golden Mile” on No.3 Road and will reside across the street from the upcoming Lansdowne redevelopment. The project will consist of 3 residential towers, 1 commercial tower and more than 15,000 sf of retail and community space.
The brief for the project was to create an elevated, stylish brand that stands out from the competition through smart, thoughtful design. The brand and design execution was built around the concept of "Intelligent Luxury" consisting on 3 core pillars: Vision, Intention and Trust. To compliment the residential "Luxe Lansdowne" brand, our team created the strategic and design platform for the "Offices at Luxe" for the commercial sales program.
