Project Initiation

The first thing we need to establish before beginning a project is whether we are the right fit for each other. We know that in any great relationship, there is a foundation of trust and respect. Amazing things come from a give and take process where everyone is engaged and has the capacity to contribute in meaningful ways. During this step we assess needs, corporate culture, goals, and intentions before stepping into the type of long term relationship required to create deep results

Planning & Scope

At FAC, strategy begins with a plan. During this stage in the process, the partners and project managers work closely with clients to work out project timelines and the resources required for complex brand rollouts. Most often there are several teams involved, whether they be architects, developers, PR firms, or digital production companies, FAC leads the process and serves as the facilitator between the individual teams. Through this process, an accurate project scope can be developed to ensure that the right resources are allocated to the project.

Research & Discovery

We believe that positive change comes from the sharing of knowledge. What’s required is a platform for the sharing of knowledge in a constructive manner, we call this co-creation. At FAC, co-creation is a series of workshops designed to help us, and our clients, deeply understand the inherent foundations of their brand. As Free Agency creates outcomes from the co-creation process and engages in independent project research, an insightful and authentic brand story can begin to be crafted.

Brand Platform Development

A brand platform is not just a graphic identity or marketing campaign, it’s a powerful voice for transformation. Its purpose is to not only inform external communications but be a positive influence on internal operations and culture. When an organization embraces the true potential of their brand platform, the resulting change separates them into a unique market category not cluttered by imitators. A space where customers are advocates and value isn’t determined by cost alone.

Integrated Design Rollout

At FAC, we are industry leaders in producing a wide range of communications materials in mediums specific to client needs. Today, brand engagement isn’t about a single touchpoint but rather an integrated program that utilizes digital storytelling, experiential environments, and tactile print media to invite people into a conversation. Our ability to envision and produce these experiences from a deep understanding of the brand platform maintains the integrity and focus of the design execution.

Sourcing & Production

From the beginning, a core part of our culture has been teamwork. This comes from an understanding that we can’t do it all on our own and that the best talent is specialized talent. Our passion is to work with great people who are specialists in their field, to give our clients the highest quality of work across an entire program. Because of this belief, our supplier partnerships are important to us in getting the work done right.

Close Out &
Post-Project Review

At FAC we truly believe that the success of a project depends on the last 5 percent. This is where we make sure that the work everyone has poured their energy into is delivered right. We also know that every project is unique and contains learning opportunities for us and our clients. Our post-project reviews facilitate learning because we care about long-term partnerships with our clients.

Maintenance

Maintaining the vision of a brand over time can be a complex challenge. This requires leadership and a team committed to helping bring a focused voice to every customer engagement. FAC believes in facilitating this process through an ongoing maintenance contract to ensure a cohesive strategy as an organization grows and evolves.
